Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

A. If you want to cancel your order, you can do so as long as it has not been shipped. The full amount would be credited to your account in next 3-4 working days.

B. If the order being cancelled has already been shipped, shipping costs will be deducted.

​

C. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases such as pricing errors on the website and stock shortages.

D. If your order is cancelled for any reason after your card has been charged, the amount charged will be refunded to your card account.

E. Replacement / Refunds for any other reason, such as defect, damage, or technical issue will be at the discretion of Femiro Fitness's technical team.
