All shipments will normally take 3-5 days for standard size units for delivery and 5-7 days for heavy size units to arrive, although this may vary depending on the customer's location. Inclement weather might create unexpected shipping delays.

When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information from our carrier. Occasionally, tracking information will indicate that your package has been delivered.

After three attempts, the shipping firm will make arrangements to return your machine to our facility.
